Skoda Octavia Facelift to be launch on July 13
While the 2017 Skoda Octavia facelift will only come with cosmetic changes, under the bonnet will feature the same petrol and diesel engine. Skoda has previously launched the Skoda with minor changes in 2013 and is now in its 4th generation. We have already driven the 2017 Skoda Octavia facelift and this is what the updated sedan has to offer.
The Skoda will offer the both types of engines- the efficient diesel and petrol engine. There’s a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 150bhp and 250Nm of power, mated to a six-speed manual transmission only; while a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 143bhp and 320Nm, mated to a six-speed DSG gearbox claims 21kmpl as overall efficiency.
It has been found that the Skoda is more stylish than ever before, the car was unveiled globally last year and now it can be booked in India as well. The booking for the car has been started. The third-gen Octavia was introduced in 2013 and has been doing decent sales in struggling segment.

On the inside, the new Octavia gets two-tone upholstery, brushed aluminium-effect plastic door pads, bigger touchscreen system with connectivity to Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Mirror Link.
The new Octavia is expected to be?priced around Rs 20-30,000 more than before.
